Track Your Expenses
Always account for bills and money spent during your daily activities by saving copies of your paid bills and recording your daily expenses in a small journal or notebook. Daily expenses would include all money paid out of pocket except your monthly bills.
Within a few short months you'll start to notice where the bulk of your daily expenses incur. This is where discipline comes into play.
